    Betweens option #2 and #3, what is the point of rewarding the second-place team in a division with an automatic berth? I can see rewarding the division champ with an automatic berth and a trophy for bragging rights and symbolic purposes because that team is a "division champ," but why the second place team? It's a minor point because it probably won't keep a superior record out of the playoffs either way, but #2 does increase those chances. Why risk it?

    judging by the percentages, 2 people have yet to vote...and with a 3 vote lead the verdict is in --------> 2 divs: 2 winners + 4 wildcards
